**Make a “pull-apart” to share by opening a tube of pre-made large flaky biscuits and cut into quarters. Put biscuits into a pie pan and spread 3 TBSPs softened Bacon Blue Cheese on top. Sprinkle with parsley or cilantro. Bake at 350º for 20–25 minutes till browned.

**When making lasagna, enrich the cream sauce with 2 tablespoons of this flavorful butter.

**Dollop some Bacon Blue Cheese butter as a spread on sandwiches. 

**Stuff chicken breasts: In large bowl mix 4 oz Bacon Blue Cheese butter & 2 tsp chopped chives. Loosen skin on 4 chicken breasts and stuff butter mixture under skin and rub remainder on skin. Put in baking dish and roast for 35-40 minutes at 425º. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

To use butters, set them out to soften to be spreadable or put in the microwave 10-15 seconds and gently stir. Refrigerate after use. Most will keep 3 months in the fridge and 6 months in the freezer.

 **Soften and rewhip 8 oz. Salted Caramel butter and 2 cups powdered sugar with 1 TBSP milk (more or less) for 5 minutes until light and fluffy to make butter cream frosting. Spread on vanilla cupcakes or as a filling between sugar cookies or pour over cinnamon rolls.

**Spread on biscuits, muffins, pancakes, waffles, bagels, French toast, sweet breads, and pastries.

**For a sweet surprise, try on sweet potatoes.

**Melt Salted Caramel butter and drizzle on popcorn for an irresistible treat.  It tastes like caramel popcorn without the stickiness that pulls out your fillings!

**Chocolate Chunk Oatmeal Caramel Cookie Skillet! Say it ain’t so!  Preheat oven to 350ºF and grease 10- or 12-inch oven-safe skillet. In mixing bowl add 1 ¾ cup oats, 1 ½ cups flour, 1 cup brown sugar, ¾ tsp baking soda, ¼ tsp salt, ¾ cup melted Salted Caramel butter, 2 eggs, and 2 tsps vanilla and beat until dough holds together. Stir in chocolate chunks. Press into skillet and sprinkle with more chocolate. Bake 20-25 minutes. Cool. Drizzle with caramel sauce.

**Spread Sundried Tomato Butter on hot biscuits, savory muffins, and bagels.

**Grill a beautiful salmon steak with pat of Sundried Tomato Butter. Dollop on shrimp, scallops, or your favorite fish and broil.

**Use Tomato butter as a sandwich spread and top with turkey, chicken or roast beef.

**Add cold butter to finish tomato sauces or to top homemade pizza or lasagna before baking.

**Melt 2 TBS butter in skillet. Add 2 TBSP flour & stir for 1 minute. Add 2 cups heavy cream or half-and-half and cook to thicken for creamy tomato pasta sauce. 

**Sauté diced zucchini, bell peppers, squash, asparagus, or mushrooms. Add to pasta.

​**Add to Puttanesca sauce (tomatoes, olives, capers, peppers, ) and serve over pasta, chicken, or fish..

**Make Onion Parmesan dip: Sauté 2 diced onions and 1 cup diced celery in large pan in 3 tablespoons Onion Parmesan butter, set aside. In saucepan, melt 5 TBSP this butter with ¼ cup flour. Gradually add 1½ cup milk and boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly, add salt and pepper to taste. Stir in onions until coated. Pour into ungreased baking dish, sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese and chopped pecans. Bake at 350ºF for 20-25 minutes. Serve with toast or crackers.

**Make quick and simple chicken tacos.  Use a roast chicken.  Prepare tortillas as you like them.  (I fry corn tortillas for about a minute on each side for a slight crunch.) Debone chicken and brown in Jalapeño Lime butter.  Fill the tortilla with your favorite goodies—cheese, shredded carrot, lettuce, corn salsa, mango peach salsa, whatever!  

**Slather on corn on the cob or cornbread. Corn and jalapeño are made for each other!

**Jalapeño Chicken Alfredo—Melt 1 TBSP Jalapeño Lime butter in saucepan and sauté ½ onion until caramelized. Add ½ cup lime juice, 1 cup heavy cream, and ½ cup chopped cilantro. Add shredded pre-cooked chicken and let simmer until thick. Pour over cooked Linguine. Top with shredded parmesan cheese and fresh chopped cilantro

**Spread on toast, bagels, biscuits, pancakes, waffles, French toast, muffins, and pastries.

**Spread on rolled out crescent roll dough, roll up and bake according to package directions for a quick delicious pastry. Even better drizzled with a glaze made of powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon of orange juice.

**Make Biscotti: Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease a large cookie sheet. In a large bowl, beat the ¼ cup Cranberry Orange butter, ¾ cup sugar, 2 eggs and 1 tsp vanilla. Stir in the 2 cups flour, 2 tsps baking powder and 1 tsp cinnamon. Divide the dough in half. Shape each half into a long loaf, about 1 1/2 inches thick. Place the logs onto the prepared cookie sheet. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until firm. With a sharp knife, cut the loaves diagonally into 1/2 inch thick slices. Place the slices cut sided down back onto the cookie sheet. Bake for about 6 minutes, turn the cookies and bake for another 6 minutes or until lightly browned. Dunk in hot chocolate, coffee or tea.

**For your holiday dinner, have Cranberry Orange butter on the table for dinner rolls.

**Day after Thanksgiving for leftovers, spread Cranberry Orange butter on sandwich bread for a mouth-watering turkey sandwich.

**Make fast and easy cinnamon toast.  Spread on hot toasted bread, or spread on plain bread first, place on baking sheet and set under oven broiler. Watch closely so it doesn’t burn. Toast will be crispy and the sugar caramelized. Oh so good!

**Spread on rolled out crescent roll dough, roll up and bake according to package directions for a quick cinnamon pastry. Drizzle with icing made from powdered sugar, cream cheese and Cinnamon Sugar butter.

**Add Cinnamon Sugar butter to sweet potatoes, butternut squash, or cooked carrots.  

**Core an apple. Put in a bowl and fill the hole with 1 TBSP brown sugar and top the hole with Cinnamon Sugar butter. Put in microwave for 6 minutes. Carefully remove (it will be hot!) and set aside to cool. After 5 minutes, use a fork and knife to cut apple into slices. Stir into the caramel sauce in the bottom of the bowl. Eat warm if you wish. Top with whipped cream.

**Make cookies with Cinnamon Sugar butter instead of regular for a sweet surprise.


HOLIDAY -- Pumpkin Spice

**This butter is amazing on chicken, fish, pork chops, tenderloin, or on a burger.

**Try it on baked potatoes for a unique flavor.

**Add to Mexican dishes, like the outside of a quesadilla or enchiladas.

​**Add flavor to a grilled cheese with Green Chile butter on the outside of the bread.

**Green Chili Corn Salad -- Grill corn on the cob until lightly charred. Cut the corn off the cob into a large bowl. Stir in 2-4 TBSP Green Chile Butter, squeeze on the juice of 1/2 a lime, and add salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with queso fresco or goat cheese. The amount of ingredients depends on the amount of corn.

Garlic Herb

**Try on artisan bread, baguettes, savory muffins, potatoes, veggies, pasta, steak, chicken, or fish.​

**Use as the spread for grilled cheese sandwiches. Spread on the outside of the bread, put your favorite cheese in the middle and put on a griddle, skillet, or (for a little extra fun) in a waffler!

**Cook your favorite pasta 8–10 minutes in salted boiling water. Add 2 tablespoons Garlic Herb butter to large skillet and sauté chopped veggies (bell peppers, scallions, mushrooms, asparagus, or zucchini). Add ½ cup chicken or vegetable broth and cook 1 minute.  Add the drained pasta to vegetables, then salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with Parmesan cheese.  
For a cream sauce, add 1/2 cup heavy cream.

**Cut 4 red potatoes into wedges, spread on baking sheet, dollop 2 tablespoons Garlic Herb butter. Roast at 350ºF for 20-30 minutes stirring periodically.

**In a fry pan, combine 2 pounds fresh mussels or clams, 2/3 cup dry white wine, and 3 tablespoons of Garlic Herb butter. Cover and boil 3-4 minutes, shaking the pan occasionally. The shellfish are done when the shells pop open. Discard any shells that do not open. Serve with lemon wedges.

**Garlic Herb butter is wonderful on white fish. Try tilapia, cod, orange roughy, sole, bass, or red snapper. Also try salmon.

Add two cups shredded cheddar cheese. Toss with hands until cheese is thoroughly mixed. Put in small casserole dish or bread pan. Bake at 350º for  25–30 minutes till browned.

**Rub Garlic Herb butter under the skin of your whole chicken or turkey. Roast per recipe. Drippings make fantastic gravy for meat and potatoes.

**Alfredo Sauce -- 1/2 cup Garlic Herb Butter, 1 cup heavy cream, 2 cups Parmesan cheese.  Warm butter and cream in a skillet. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir in cheese until melted. Pour over egg noodles.

​**Sauté favorite veggies -- asparagus, mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, zucchini, carrots, bok choy, broccoli.

**Try on artisan bread, savory muffins, potatoes, veggies, pasta, steak, chicken, turkey, or fish.

**Use in roasted chicken—slit the skin and tuck chunks of Rosemary Herb butter under the skin.  Dry the outside of the chicken with a paper towel and rub another flavored butter on the skin (Jalapeño Lime, Garlic Herb, or Onion Parmesan). Stuff lemon slices, 1 shallot and 2 cloves of garlic and a chopped celery stalk into the cavity and roast at 375°F for 1 ½ hours, or until juice runs clear when cut between leg and thigh. The drippings make outstanding gravy!

​**Do the same recipe as above, but with your Thanksgiving turkey.  Amazing!

**Make a sauce for roasted chicken:  In saucepan add ½ cup white wine to chicken drippings. Stir and loosen brown bits. Add ½ cup heavy cream, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook until reduced and slightly thick (4 minutes) stirring frequently.  Finish with 2 tablespoons of Rosemary Herb butter. Serve over chicken.

**Roast potatoes with Rosemary butter for yummy, crispy rosemary potatoes.
