**Make Onion Parmesan dip: Sauté 2 diced onions and 1 cup diced celery in large pan in 3 tablespoons Onion Parmesan butter, set aside. In saucepan, melt 5 TBSP this butter with ¼ cup flour.  Gradually add 1½ cup milk and boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly, add salt and pepper to taste. Stir in onions until coated. Pour into ungreased baking dish, sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese and chopped pecans. Bake at 350ºF for 20-25 minutes. Serve with toast or crackers.

**Make a cheesy sausage-potato lasagna: Cook favorite sausage with fresh mushrooms in a skillet while sliced potatoes boil for 5 minutes. Stir together 1 egg, 1 ½ cups ricotta cheese, ¼ cup grated Parmesan, and 1 thawed package of frozen spinach. For sauce, cook 1 chopped onion & 2 minced garlic cloves in 2 TBSP Onion Parmesan butter. Stir in 2 TBSP flour and 1 ½ cup milk. Stir until bubbly. Layer in baking dish half each of potatoes, spinach mixture, meat mixture, sauce, & cheese then repeat. Cover and bake at 350º for 35 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 more minutes.

**Melt Onion Parmesan butter and pour over popcorn for a savory treat.

**Spread Onion Parmesan butter on French bread and broil until crispy for a unique cheese toast.

**Add to your Italian sauces and pastas.


**Onion-Parmesan-Sesame Pinwheels -- Unroll one 13.8 ounce tube of pizza dough on an oiled baking sheet. Spread with Onion Parmesan Butter, then sprinkle with 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds; press into dough and season with salt and pepper. Roll up from the short side and cut into 8 rounds. Turn cut-side up and gently press down. Bake at 400º 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown. Option -- before rolling, drizzle with  2 teaspoons chili oil.

**Soften and rewhip Salted Caramel butter and 2 cups powdered sugar for 5 minutes until light and fluffy to make butter cream frosting. Spread on vanilla cupcakes or as a filling between sugar cookies.

**Spread on hot biscuits, muffins, pancakes, waffles, bagels, French toast, sweet breads, and pastries.

**Melt Salted Caramel butter and drizzle on popcorn for an irresistible treat.  It tastes like caramel popcorn without the stickiness that pulls out your fillings!

**Blend ¼ cup softened Salted Caramel butter with ½ cup powdered sugar, whip. Thin with a touch of vanilla and glaze your favorite pastry or cinnamon rolls. 

**Chocolate Chunk Oatmeal Caramel Cookie Skillet! Say it ain’t so!  Preheat oven to 350º and grease 10- or 12-inch oven-safe skillet. In mixing bowl add 1 ¾ cup oats, 1 ½ cups flour, 1 cup brown sugar, ¾ tsp baking soda, ¼ tsp salt, ¾ cup melted Salted Caramel butter, 2 eggs, and 2 tsps vanilla and beat until dough holds together. Stir in chocolate chunks. Press into skillet and sprinkle with more chocolate. Bake 20-25 minutes. Cool. Drizzle with caramel sauce.

**Spread on toast, bagels, biscuits, pancakes, waffles, French toast, muffins, and pastries.

**Spread on rolled out crescent roll dough, roll up and bake according to package directions for a quick delicious pastry. Even better drizzled with a glaze made of powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon of orange juice.

**Make Biscotti: Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease a large cookie sheet. In a large bowl, beat the ¼ cup Cranberry Orange butter, ¾ cup sugar, 2 eggs and 1 tsp vanilla. Stir in the 2 cups flour, 2 tsps baking powder and 1 tsp cinnamon. Divide the dough in half. Shape each half into a long loaf, about 1 1/2 inches thick. Place the logs onto the prepared cookie sheet. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until firm. With a sharp knife, cut the loaves diagonally into 1/2 inch thick slices. Place the slices cut sided down back onto the cookie sheet. Bake for about 6 minutes, turn the cookies and bake for another 6 minutes or until lightly browned. Dunk in hot chocolate, coffee or tea.

**For your holiday dinner, have Cranberry Orange butter on the table for dinner rolls.

**Day after Thanksgiving for leftovers, spread Cranberry Orange butter on sandwich bread for a mouth-watering turkey sandwich.

**Try on artisan bread, savory muffins, potatoes, veggies, pasta, steak, chicken, turkey, or fish.

**Use in roasted chicken—slit the skin and tuck chunks of Rosemary Herb butter under the skin.  Dry the outside of the chicken with a paper towel and rub another flavored butter on the skin (Jalapeño Lime, Garlic Herb, or Onion Parmesan). Stuff lemon slices, 1 shallot and 2 cloves of garlic and a chopped celery stalk into the cavity and roast at 375°F for 1 ½ hours, or until juice runs clear when cut between leg and thigh. 

**Make a sauce for roasted chicken:
In saucepan add ½ cup white wine to chicken drippings. Stir and loosen brown bits. Add ½ cup heavy cream, bring to a boil.  Reduce heat and cook until reduced and slightly thick (4 minutes) stirring frequently.  Finish with 2 tablespoons of Rosemary Herb butter. Serve over chicken.

**Roast potatoes with Rosemary butter for yummy, crispy rosemary potatoes.

**Rosemary Herb butter is wonderful on white fish. Try tilapia, cod, orange roughy, sole, bass, or red snapper.

**For Thanksgiving – rub Rosemary butter under and on the skin of your turkey for juicy meat and luscious gravy.

**Try on artisan bread, baguettes, savory muffins, potatoes, veggies, pasta, steak, chicken, or fish.​

**Cook your favorite pasta 8–10 minutes in salted boiling water. Add 2 tablespoons Garlic Herb butter to large skillet and sauté chopped veggies (bell peppers, scallions, mushrooms, asparagus, or zucchini). Add ½ cup chicken or vegetable broth and cook 1 minute.  Add the drained pasta to vegetables, then salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with Parmesan cheese. For a cream sauce, add 1/2 cup heavy cream.

**Cut 4 potatoes into wedges, spread on baking sheet, dollop 2 tablespoons Garlic Herb butter. Roast at 350ºF for 20-30 minutes stirring periodically.

**In a fry pan, combine 2 pounds fresh mussels or clams, 2/3 cup dry white wine, and 3 tablespoons of Garlic Herb butter. Cover and boil 3-4 minutes, shaking the pan occasionally. The shellfish are done when the shells pop open. Discard any shells that do not open. Serve with lemon wedges.

**Make fast and easy cinnamon toast.  Spread on hot toasted bread, or spread on bread, place on baking sheet and set under oven broiler. Watch closely so it doesn’t burn.  Toast will be crispy and the sugar caramelized. Oh so good!

**Spread on rolled out crescent roll dough, roll up and bake according to package directions for a quick cinnamon pastry.

**Add Cinnamon Sugar butter to sweet potatoes, butternut squash, or cooked carrots.  

**Core 2 apples. Put in bowls and fill with Cinnamon Sugar butter. Put in microwave for 3-4 minutes.  Like Apple Pie!

**Make cookies with Cinnamon Sugar butter instead of regular for a sweet surprise.

**Make Cinnamon Coffee Cake with yellow cake mix.  Make cake as directed.  Pour batter in cake pan. Put dollops of Cinnamon Sugar butter mixed with 1 cup brown sugar on top of batter.  Use knife to swirl butter until batter is covered. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.  Make a glaze with powdered sugar and vanilla and drizzle on top.

Jalapeño Lime

Rosemary Herb

**Melt a dollop of Bacon Blue Cheese butter on a hot steak or burger. This tangy, unexpected flavor is delicious melted over meat. 

**It also works beautifully on a baked potato, or as a spread on sandwiches.

**Spread Bacon Blue Cheese butter on French bread for a unique toasted cheese bread.  Or make a “pull-apart” to share by opening a can of pre-made large flaky biscuits, and cut into quarters. Put biscuits into a pie pan and spread softened Bacon Blue Cheese on top. Sprinkle with parsley or cilantro. Bake at 350º for 25–30 minutes till browned.

**When making lasagna, enrich the cream sauce with 2 tablespoons of this flavorful butter.

**Dollop some butter on roasted vegetables. Yum!

**Stuff chicken breasts: In large bowl mix 4 oz Bacon Blue Cheese butter & 2 tsp chopped chives. Loosen skin on 4 chicken breasts and stuff butter mixture under skin and rub remainder on skin. Put in baking dish and roast for 35-40 minutes at 425º. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Vermont Maple

**Great on steak, chicken, fish, and hamburgers.

**Make a Chicken and Corn Salad. Grill scallions and corn on the cob until charred, and chicken until cooked through. Remove corn from cob and chop chicken and scallions into bite size pieces, then drizzle with a dressing of melted Jalapeño Lime Butter, olive oil, chopped rosemary, salt and pepper.  Place chicken and corn mixture on a bed of lettuce and cherry tomatoes. Fresh, spicy, juicy and delicious!

**Make quick and simple chicken tacos.  Use a roast chicken.  Prepare tortillas as you like them.  (I fry corn tortillas for about a minute on each side for a slight crunch.) Debone chicken and brown in Jalapeño Lime butter.  Fill the tortilla with your favorite goodies—cheese, shredded carrot, lettuce, corn salsa, mango peach salsa, whatever!  

**Slather on corn on the cob or cornbread. Corn and jalapeño are made for each other! 

**Jalapeño Chicken Alfredo—Melt 1 TBSP Jalapeño Lime butter in saucepan and sauté ½ onion until caramelized. Add ½ cup lime juice, 1 cup heavy cream, and ½ cup chopped cilantro. Add shredded pre-cooked chicken and let simmer until thick. Pour over cooked Linguine. Top with shredded parmesan cheese and fresh chopped cilantro
.

Garlic Herb

**Spread on pancakes, waffles, bagels, French toast, and cornbread muffins.

**Roll out puff pastry, spread with Vermont Maple butter, top with thinly sliced apricots, apples, peaches or pears, and bake at 400ºF for 8-10 minutes. Top with a brushing of apricot jam thinned with water, Calvados, or rum as a glaze.

**Top or fill fruitcakes, cinnamon rolls, or apple pies with Vermont Maple butter.

**Put a dollop of Vermont Maple butter on hot apple pie and serve with a slice of sharp cheddar cheese.

**Add some unexpected flavor to sweet potatoes or butternut squash with a spoonful of Vermont Maple butter and top with chopped pecans.

**Sauté sliced apples in Vermont Maple butter and fill crêpes. Top with whipped cream and a dusting of cinnamon.

**Crisp some bacon then drizzle with Maple butter!
